WHO SHOULD APPLY
This programme is designed for South African women who want to step into a new chapter of empowerment, transforming passion into profession, and confidence into leadership.
Whether you are new to firearms or already passionate about safety and training, the Women Who Train Programme opens the door to an accredited career path where mentorship, mastery, and meaning come together.
Do You Have What It Takes?
We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for potential. Every great instructor begins with a single decision: to learn, to grow, and to lead.
To qualify for the programme, applicants must:
- Be South African women aged 21 or older who are ready to take charge of their journey.
- Have completed Matric (Grade 12) or a higher qualification.
- Be available for scheduled training and coaching sessions between the months of February and July 2026
- Show a genuine interest in firearms, training, or personal development.
- Bring motivation, discipline, and commitment — because excellence is built through consistency.
We value individuality and experience that demonstrate grit, leadership, and drive. You’ll stand out if you have:
- Previous firearm experience or an existing competency certificate.
- A background in teaching, coaching, or mentorship — formal or informal.
- An active lifestyle or participation in structured physical activities such as sport or fitness.
- Strong communication skills, confidence under pressure, and the ability to inspire others.
Do You Have What It Takes?
This programme welcomes women from all walks of life. Whether you’ve never held a firearm before or you’re already comfortable on the range, what matters most is your attitude, courage, and willingness to learn.
If you’ve ever wanted to challenge yourself, break barriers, and inspire others — this is your opportunity to do it with the best.
